Two Course Fondue Experience (Resort)
Salad Course – Local organic greens with heirloom tomatoes accompanied by our signature lemon, smoked tomato, and basil vinaigrette.
Cheese Course – Our secret blend of Cave Aged Gruyere, Comte, and Emmentaler emulsified with white wine, kirshwasser and an essence of garlic. Served with fresh baguette, apple slices, broccoli, black forest ham, and pickled vegetables.
Chocolate Course – A decadent combination of imported bittersweet and milk chocolates provide a silky dip for organic strawberries, pound cake and oreos.
